Tekoway assisted with the design and deployment of a digital terminals concept offering an intuitive experience and a degree of autonomy to customers in the branch.

Project :

From a centralized business application installed on terminals in agencies :

• customer satisfaction survey (customised for each terminal)
• appointment management (availability algorithms & specific presence notifications)
• customisation of applications (customized or third party) per terminal
• end-to-end administration via a dedicated back-office for CEPAC teams (dashboard, statistics, editorial, deployment, monitoring, etc.)
